1:00 am	My Terrorism Paper This "Terrorism" research paper has probably been the most difficult essay I had to do during this class. I first started off not knowing what I was going to be writing about in my final essay, but as I came up with questions that I could research and find the anwser to, it became easier to write. Also, the little exercises where a classmate responded to your draft had helped a lot too. But hopefully all the research I did has paid off, because I know I'm on the verge of failing the class so please Ms. Deadrick, could you be a little lenient? (Comment on this)

10:46 pm	My family is moving away. These are going to be the last couple days my family might be together forever. Next week, my mom, sister, my nieces and my brother are all moving to Miami, Florida. But it is up to me if I want to stay here in Virginia with my dad and also, I can't forget about my girlfriend who I've been with for Three years. So it is a hard decision. I told my mom that I would go visit her in Miami before deciding anything. But at the same time, I have a lot holding me back here in Virginia. Plus I just got a new job offering. So I would be leaving a lot of things behind if I were to go. It'll probably one of the hardest decisions I'll have to make for in a while. (Comment on this)
10:32 pm	My Mom... in the Hospital My mom has reccently recovered from an appendicites, and it was one of the most frieghtening couple days of my life. She could of died if her appendix had of burst. It all started out when she ate some food one night. The next morning she had a stomach ache but she ignored it, because no one would really think of a stomach ache as being a sign of something so severe if not treated. Later that night, I had to take her to the hospital. I was with her the whole night while she was in severe pain. Then in the morning, the doctor woke me up and said they had to operate on her this morning. But they never got around to it till later that evening. That shows how much hospitals do their best to take care of someone. (Comment on this)
10:10 pm	Selling my car I've been thinking for a while, that I should sell my car. I would defintely make alot of profit for what I'm trying to do. So I ended up putting "For Sale" signs up on my windows hoping some will buy it. But I've no luck selling it. I pulled over in the middle of the street just because someone asked to see it. Then they would end up saying they would come and see it tommorow and ask where I lived, and then took my number down. I waited a couple days and never recieved a call from no one. This has happened to me atleast four times. Please if your going to buy my 97' civic, or anybody elses car, don't say your interested when you're really not. (Comment on this)
10:09 pm	MONSTER.COM ROCKS! These couple weeks I have had a lot of things to do. I have had to squeeze in alot of homework. Plus, I have been working about forty hours a week, and on top of that, I submitted my resume to Monster.com and I had the Infiniti dealership and the Honda dealership call me about two weeks after. The day I got the call from Infiniti, I was busy so I had to call back, and when I did, they asked me to come in the same day for an interview, and I basically got the job. All I had to do was get a backround check and a drug test. I'm happy that I'll be taking the job because one of the managers I was speaking to said in six months, he had made $125,000. I was blown away. And not only that, his first pay check was $9,000. Monster.com rocks! (Comment on this)

10:37 am	Last night...an opening if the mind Last night I stayed up until 6am. I left everything until the last minute just like always. The things I had to do were: The 24 vocabulary words, the Live Journal entries, and 2-3 comments, and this is my fifth entry in my journal. I also had to look up my article on terrorism so it kept me up even longer. Once it reached 6am, I couldn't go to sleep so I watched t.v. and read my "Import Tuner" magazine and came to class. Also just to mention out of the blue, as in one of my previous journal entries, I commented on how pointless it was to have a webpage like "My Space" or "Live Journal," but actually looking at other peoples comments and commenting on people isn't actually that bad. But still I wouldn't do it unless I had to. After this class I'm done with "Live Journal." (1 Comment |Comment on this)
3:09 am	Best Buy... my time is almost up I work at Best Buy at Tyson's and I have been working there for about Two years and it's been open for about three and a half years but it is starting to get a little old. Maybe if I move to a different department, I might be a little happeir. When I started working there, it was a more enjoyable experience because two of my best friends used to work there and also all the managers were real chill and layed back. But then all of a sudden people start getting fired, managers are getting promoted and also, people start quitting. since then, Best Buy has never been the same. But I guess I have to keep doing the company good and keep selling the cell phones and ipod/mp3 players that I do, to keep my job. I feel like I can never be fired because both of my friends were fired for unfair reasons and I haven't. People have also gotten fired for things they should be fired for, but not me. I slack off sometimes and I'm always late and I think the managers have noticed that for a while, but i've been trying to get better, because might as well do your best while you work, because like a friend said: "the way you perform at your current job, that is what is going to reflect in your future jobs." 2:53 am	My Car...I love it I drive a 97' Honda Civic coupe and it's dark green, and I love it. I know many people have different tastes in cars, but I like Hondas, and some people don't. I don't see why. I think it's the most customizeable car you can get, and if you modify it correctly, it could say a lot about a person. The people I Know who have Hondas, they all try to hook it up. That's the most enjoyable part about it. I plan on hooking my car up too. I bought an H22, and if anybody knows what that is, that's good. For those of you who don't, it is a Honda Prelude motor. And that is what I am going to be putting into my car. My car is going to have about 200hp and since my car is a lot lighter then a Prelude, it'll be running a lot faster. I hope to be taking my car to MIR so I can race it. Hopefully it will be doing 13 seconds after I do the engine swap. (Comment on this)
2:24 am	Friends and websites like these Today is the first time I actually write in my journal and I’m writing in it the day that it’s do. (That says a lot about me.) I never knew how to work the website. I was never really interested in using a website like this because I think it's a waste of time. But all my friends have a "my space" account and are obsessed with it. I don't see why. Every time they go to somebody's house they say: "Let me get on my space real quick." And they always ask me why I don't get one. Well like I said, I think it's pointless. Anybody beg to differ. (Comment on this)
1:56 am	Introduction I am A Hisapanic male and I was born in the United States but my nationality is that I'm from Nicaragua. I was born in Alexandria Virginia and I graduated from Marshall High school last year. I grew up a pretty normal life you know, moved a couple times, been to two elementary schools, two middle schools and and attended one high school. This is basically my first year going to NOVA, because last fall semester I only took one class because they cancelled two of my classes, the reason why was because they couldn't find a teacher for either of them. I hope it didn't happen to anybody else. That was me introducing my self, I hope everybody has a good semester here at NOVA. (Comment on this)
